Commentary:

Prager Morgenpost 15/6/1862 published news of ‘The Prague Men’s Singing Society [Prager Männergesangverein]. Monday on the 16th June at 8pm in the Žofín Hall, the Prague Men’s Singing Society arranges a Liedertafel’. The report then listed the works to be performed. Czech items were listed in latin typeface, German compositions in Fraktur. This report was published in identical form on the same day, 15/6/1862 in Prager Zeitung. Neither newspaper reviewed this event.
