• Prague Civil Infantry Corps: participating ensemble

An advertisement for this event was published by Mercý’s Anzeiger 30/12/1854. This announced: ‘Soirée musicale. Monday 1st January 1855 takes place a Soirée musicale, arranged by the ensemble of the Royal Warranted Prague Civil Infantry Corps, in the Apollo Hall, and in which dance pieces will be performed that will be given in the forthcoming Reunions of this ensemble.’ The source alerted the public to the news that the restaurant of the venue would be serving well-prepared foor and drink. The box office was due to open at 4pm, with admission to the event itself at 5pm. Admission cost 6kr.’ The advertisement was repeated in the newspaper on 31/12/1854.
