The Vergnügungsanzeiger of Mercy’s Anzeiger 4/3/1857 reported ‘Today Wednesday... Restaurant at the Grapes [Café and eating house at the Blue Grapes]: Hollas’s [Holas] Sextet.’ A simple advertisement was also published in this issue of the newspaper announcing: ‘Each Wednesday Music-Production of Hollas’s Sextet at the Blue Grapes.’ No further details were given by these sources.
