Mercy’s Anzeiger 31/1/1857 published a brief report that ‘The dance teacher Mr Feigert arranges Tuesday 3rd in the Konvikt Hall an extraordinary Festival reunion under the title „Grand Jux-Charivari.“ Under the title „Staberl’s most beautiful Day of love [Staberl’s schönster Lebenstag]“ a Dance-divertissement [Tanzdivertissement] would be given during the interval by Staberle with Sennora [Señora] Staberle dancing the Madrilene [Madrilena], with several of his [Feigert’s] pupils.’
A large and detailed advertisement was published in Mercy’s Anzeiger 1/2/1857. This source noted ‘Grand Jux-Charivari! Tuesday 3rd February Friedrich Feigert arranges by request an extraordinary Festival-Reunion in the Konvikt Hall. During the interval will be a great comic Dance-Divertissement arranged by the above-named and given by several of his pupils, under the title: Staberl’s most beautiful Day of love! The Madrilena will be danced by Staberle and Sennora Saberle [Staberle] with castanets. Admission 6 o’clock. Ending after midnight. Friedrich Feigert, dance teacher.’ This advertisement was repeated in Mercy’s Anzeiger 3/2/1857.
The event appeared in the Vergnügungsanzeiger of Mercy’s Anzeiger 3/2/1857 listed as ‘Today Tuesday... Konvikt Hall: Feigert’s Dance reunion.’
