Mercy’s Anzeiger 24/4/1854 reported that this event was to take place on 26/4/1854 at 10am and not on 24th April in the St Raphael chapel of the Institute for the Blind. A Requiem mass by Mozart would be sung by blind students of the Institute under the direction for the first time of their music teacher, Mr Jos. Glanz.
