A substantial advertisement for this event was published by Mercy’s Anzeiger 11/2/1854. The text announced ‘Programme to the concert of Henriette Fritz Sunday 12th February 12 noon in the Konvikt Hall.’ The programme was then listed in performance order including the various participants, with the note that ‘The above-mentioned members of the Royal Estates Theatre in Prague have from particular respect to the concert-giver generously agreed to participate. The piano is by Bösendorfer from the repository of Mr Ant. Schwardling.’ Admission prices to the circle were 2fl, the salon 1fl and the gallery 30kr. Tickets could be obtained from the music shop of Hoffmann’s widow, from the bookshop of H. Mercy and in the evening of the event from the venue’s box office.
