A notice was published in Bohemia 24/7/1851 relating that for the Festival of St Anne [Zur Feier des Annafestes] a great Harmonie-Musik given by the band of the Imperial Infantry Regiment of Count von Hesse would take place on 26th July on the Schützeninsel [Střelecký Island]. At twilight there would take place a brilliant firework display arranged by the pyrotechnic specialist Mr Hueber.
