Advance news of this event was published by Národní listy 4/4/1863, which reported: ‘Musical matinée [Hudební matinée] will take place on Monday 6th April at 12 noon in Music Institute of Mr Celestin Müller na Perštýně nr.309-I.’

The German-language Prague newspaper Prager Morgenpost did not report this Soirée in Müller’s Institute but published on 4/4/1863 news that a Musical soirée was to be given there by the Institute on 6/4/1863 at 5pm. Národní listy included no mention of that later event. Possibly the two events on the same day were weighted by Müller in national orientation to Czech and German, either in audience or in programme content.
