Advance news of this event was published by Prager Morgenpost 4/4/1863, which reported: ‘Musical. In the Music Institute of Mr Cölestin Müller takes place on Easter Monday at 5pm a musical Soirée.’ No further details were published by this source.

Interestingly, the Czech-language Prague newspaper Národní listy did not report this Soirée in Müller’s Institute but published on 4/4/1863 news that a Musical matinée was to take place there on 6/4/1863 at 12 noon. Prager Morgenpost included no mention of the earlier event. Possibly the two events on the same day were weighted by Müller in national orientation to Czech and German, either in audience or in programme content.
