An advertisement published by Mercy’s Anzeiger 1/11/1854 announced: ‘Today Wednesday in the Station-Garden Hall Music-Soirée at which the select Orchestra of the Prague Warranter Sharpshooters Corps under the direction of their Kapellmeister Mr P. Pergler. Admission 4pm.’ The Station-Garden Hall was the indoor venue of Hraba’s Restaurant, usually referred to at this time as the Station Garden [Eisenbahngarden].
