Mercy’s Anzeiger 27/10/1854 reported that in the church [chapel] of St Raphael the Institute for the Accommodation and Employment of the Adult Blind would give a solemn Requiem Mass on Monday 30th October at 10am for His Excellency Karl Egon Count von Fürstenberg, a benefactor of the Institute who had died aged 58 on 22nd October at Ischl. No further details of the event were given by this source.
