Národní listy 5/9/1862 reported that on ‘Saturday 6th September at 10am will be observed a solemn religious service [Requiem] at St Rafael church [chapel], in the Institute for the Accomodation and Employment of Adult Blind [Prague Seminary Institute for the Blind], for Countess Chotek, for many years a benefactor of the Institute and its students, who died on 23rd August in Prague.’
