An advertisment was published by Mercy’s Anzeiger 19/2/1857 announcing that ‘Monday 23rd Feb. will be in the Nussler Mill a Society-Ball... delicious food and a good selection of Nussler Beers would be served’. Admission was noted to be 30kr, and the advertisment was signed by Nikolaus Stiepek, presumably the restaurateur of the venue. The advertisement was published again in the newspaper on 20th and 22/2/1857. The Vergnügungsanzeiger of Mercy’s Anzeiger 23/2/1857 reported ‘Today Monday... Nüßle Mill: Ball.’
