• Prague Conservatory: pupil(s) of institute

Bohemia 25/2/1851 published news that the half-year examinations of Conservatory pupils would take place on 28th February and 1st March, on both days from 9am. The first day involved pupils of the first  instrumental class being tested on music theory and in choral song, then pupils of the Concert School [singers of the lesser of the Conservatory’s  two singing classes] in music theory, piano accompaniment and song. On 1st March the examinations involved playing by the first intrumental class.

The Tagesanzeiger texts of Bohemia 27/2/1851 and 28/2/1851 noted that on ‘Saturday, 1st March. 9am in the Conservatory: Public semester [pupils] examination’.
