The Prager Morgenpost 10/10/1858 advertisement related that this event marked the ‘opening of the winter-location of the Restaurant by the Station on the Bastion.’ The participation of Komsak [Komzák] himself to personally direct his orchestra was noted. The event commenced at 4pm and admission cost 6kr. On this same day Komzák’s various ensembles performed at events being held at three other Prague venues.
