Rudloff, Auguste. Actress appearing in Prague during the 1850s. Frequently participated in musical events reading poetry and giving declamations. She was engaged in the Estates Theatre in the Spring of 1857, having – according to Tagesbote aus Böhmen 7/5/1857 – previously been working to considerable acclaim in Brno. Tagesbote aus Böhmen 18/5/1857 published a descriptive account of her appearance in the role of Jane Eyre. On 5/8/1857 the same newspaper related that Rudloff was appearing on the Brno stage in Grille. Less than two weeks later, on 16/8/1857, Tagesbote aus Böhmen reported further on her success there performing amongst other roles, Gretchen in Faust, Gabriele in Spielzeughändler, and Hero in Hero und Leander.
