François Hubert Prume

Prume, François Hubert (1816-1849). Belgian violinist and composer. Child prodigy as a violinist, by the age of seventeen Professor or Violin at the Liège Conservatory. Travelled widely as a concert performer throughout Europe gaining a reputation as one of the foremost virtuosi on his instrument. His compositions were largely for the violin.
