In the local unofficial news ‘Nichtofficieller Theil. Oesterreich. Prag.’ section of Prager Zeitung 26/2/1850, the newspaper noted that the singer Küchenmeister[-Rudersdorf], accompanied by Mr Škroup, gave a ‘great Soirée’ of several songs before the Empress [Marie Anne]. The venue was not reported, but was almost certainly in the royal apartments in Hradčany. The accompanist was more likely František Škroup rather than his brother Jan Nepomuk.
