Prager Morgenpost 01/04/1862 published an advertisement announcing ‘Black Eagle. Today a great production [grosse Production], at which a number of favourite arias with orchestral accompaniment will be performed. [At] the honourable invitation of Johann Nowotny [Jan Novotný], Sängerfürst von Ispahan.’
