The Vergnügungsanzeiger of Mercy’s Anzeiger 21/1/1857 announced ‘Today Wednesday...Mozart’s Cellar [Mozarts Keller]: Turek’s Sextet.’ An advertisement also appeared in the same issue of the newspaper relating: ‘Mozart’s Cellar [Mozartskeller]. Each Wednesday the favourite Turek’s Sextet.’ The text then noted that each morning the venue served ‘good early suppers, inexpensive breakfasts, good... Petrowitz Over- and Tschary’s [Šáry] Under-yeast beer [Ober- und... Unterhefenbier], and also good wine’. No further details were given by the source.
