Commentary:

News of Feigert’s intention to arrange a series of Carnival dance-reunions ‘which hitherto have been a great popular delight’, was published in a report in the newspaper Bohemia 12/1/1851. The text noted that they were to take place in the ‘elegant and tastefully renovated Konvikt Hall.’ The dates of all six reunions, occurring weekly, were specified.

The date and venue of the reunion given on 11th February was noted in the Tagesanzeiger texts of Bohemia 9/2/1851 and 11/2/1851.
