Advance news of this musical entertainment was published by Bohemia 31/10/1850. An added amusement was noted to be the arrangement by the tenant of the hall of a free lottery to win 50 ‘elegantly bordered copperplate prints. Performing in the event would be the ensemble of the Infantry Regiment of Wimpffen. The Tagesanzeiger text of Bohemia 1/11/1850 reported that on the afternoon of Friday 1st November a Musical Soirée would take place in the Konvikt Hall.
