The Prager Morgenpost 6/1/1860 advertisement noted that taking place in the ‘Convict-Hall today under the title: Flower buds, all fine and new, [a] great Music Festival, at which the large String Orchestra of the Infantry Regiment of Count Nugent participates, and [in which] Mr J. Baschek will perform pieces on many instruments of the future, namely ... [on] invented wind instruments, such as the Stiefelknechte [Bootjack or shoe-horn]’ Admission to the event, which was to begin at 5pm and end at 10pm, cost 20kr.
