Today Star-Festival [Stern-Fest] as Meeting Place of the Joyful World [Sammelplatz der lebensfroh en Welt], with entertainments in all rooms, Exhibitions and Frolics [Schaugegenstände und Jux] in all Nooks and Crannys, Spectacle upon Spectacle, the climbing of the tree adorned with premiums [‘Besteigen des mit Prämien ausgeschmückten Kletterbaumes’ – the translation of this fanciful imagery-laden sentence is problematic] at which will participate the 2 orchestras of the Regimental Ensemble of the worthy Royal Infantry Regiment Count Gyulai under the personal direction of the Kapellmeister Mr Strebinger.
