• Svoboda's Singing and Theatrical Company: participating ensemble

The Tagesanzeiger daily almanac of Prague social and musical events that was published by Prager Morgenpost 15/10/1863 announced: ‘Performance in the Singspielhall of Mr Swoboda (at the City of Jerusalem).’ An advertisement for the same event, drawing specific attention to it being a German-language performance, was also published in this issue of the newspaper: ‘Swoboda’s Singing and Theatrical Company [Sing- und Spielhalle] gives today a German performance in the Garden Salon of the City [of] Jerusalem in Batholomew Street [Bartolomějská ulice].’
