Prager Morgenpost 17/6/1863 published news of this event, noting: ‘Requiem. Friday, 19th June at 10am in Klar’s Institute for the Care of the Blind [Klarichen Blinden-Versorgungs-Institut] at St Rafael will be given for the late highly-esteemed Mayor Franz Pstross a solemn Requiem.’ No further details of the even were given by this source. Participating (and singing) would certainly have been blind members of the choir of this Institute.
