Prager Morgenpost 8/5/1863 published news of this event, noting: ‘Musical Entertainment. Today Friday takes place on the Rohan Island a musical entertainment, which is hosted by the officer-corps of the worthy Royal Infantry Regiment of Baron von Steininger. It goes without saying that the favourite musical ensemble of the above Regiment will participate. Also a great Potpourri will be performed for the first time, entitled: „Der Geist der Zeit“ that the erstwhile Kapellmeister of the said Regimental ensemble Mr Stöhr has composed.’ No further details were given of the event by this source.

An advertisement for this event was also published by Prager Morgenpost 8/5/1863: ‘Rohan Island. Today Extra-Concert of the Regimental Ensemble of the worthy Royal Infantry Regiment Baron v. Steininger under personal direction of the Kapellmeister Mr Stöhr. Of particular note: Great Potpourri, entitled „der Geist der Zeit“, by Kapellmeister Stöhr. Commencing 4 o’clock. Admission free.’
