Prager Morgenpost 19/4/1863 published an advertisement for this event, announcing: ‘Opening of the Přemislovka [Přemyslovka]. Today Annunciation of Spring [Verkündigung des Frühlings] through the Regimental Musical Ensemble of the worthy Royal Infantry Regiment of King Wilhelm I of Prussia under the personal directorship of the Kapellmeister Mr Lewengly. Commencing after 3 o’clock. Admission 10kr.’ Whether this event took place including the participation of this ensemble was not confirmed by any subsequent source report or review; Prager Morgenpost 19/4/1863 published a separate advertisement on the same page noting that the musical ensemble of the Regiment was due to be appearing in a ‘Fest-Arrangement’ [Festival-Arrangement] at 3pm on the Insel Gross-Venedig [Štvanice]. The possibility exists that the regimental ensemble was divided into two and did appear at both both events.
