An advertisment for this event was published by Prager Morgenpost 27/1/1863, announcing: ‘Konvikt Hall. Today Feigert’s Dance-Reunion [Tanz-Reunion] and Carnival Procession [Maskenzug]. Commencing 8 o’clock.’ This event was evidently part of a series of dance entertainments arranged by the Prague dance master during the 1863 Prague Carnival season. The first in the series of these entertainments took place on 21/7/1863. A similar advertisement was published by Národní listy 27/1/1863 announcing: ‘Konvikt Hall. Today is arranged the dance entertainment F. Feigert, combined with first Masked Procession [maškarní průvod]. Commencing at 8 o’clock.’ The source also noted that a cheap cloakroom was available to those attending who wished to participate in the procession.
