An advertisment for this event was published by Prager Morgenpost 21/1/1863, announcing: ‘Konvikt Hall. Today Feigert’s Dance-Reunion [Tanz-Reunion] and Carnival Procession [Maskenzug]. Commencing 8 o’clock.’ Národní listy 21/1/1863 published a similar advertisement in Czech: ‘Konvikt Hall. Today is arranged dance entertainment [taneční zábava] F. Feigert, and combined first masked procession. Commencing 8 o’clock.’ The source also noted that a cloakroom was available for those who wanted to process in costume, and was very cheap.

This event was one in a series of dance entertainments arranged by the Prague dance master during the 1863 Prague Carnival season. The first of those entertainments took place on 14/1/1863.
