Mercy’s Anzeiger 8/12/1854 published advanced news of this event, reporting that ‘The Reunions [Reunionen] of the Prague Warranted Sharpshooters Corps during the forthcoming Carnival take place in the Žofín Island Hall on 18th and 25th January, then on 1st, 8th and 19th February. As we are aware, the Reunions of the Civil Grenadiers and Infantry Corps are intended to be during the Carnival on each Thursday; those of the former will be in the Konvikt Hall, the last named in the Hall „at the Apollo“.’
