The Prague German-language newspaper Tagesbote aus Böhmen 8/1/1857 reported humorously of ‘(A new composer.) In the music programme of the salon orchestra which played the evening-before-last in Braithut’s Café Salon, a Mr „Lammermoor“ is cited as the composer of „Lucia“.’
