Stolz, Antonín. Czech conductor and oboist from Kostelec. Pupil of the Prague Conservatory (1834-1840). Worked for seven years as military music Kapellmeister in České Budějovice and Hradec Králové. Then engaged as music teacher in Russia before eventually returning to the place of his birth.
