Šary, J.M. Prague publican and brewer. Owner of hostery. Národní listy 20/3/1863 reported his aquisition of land,currently occupied by two houses, between his inn and the Václav Spa for the purpose of constructing a new brewery capable of producing 1600 casks of beer daily.
