Henry Charles Litolff

Litolff, Henry Charles (1818-1891). English pianist and composer. Studied initially in London before moving to the continent in 1835. He travelled almost continuously throughout Europe, not settling until the late 1850s when he moved to Paris. Composer of a large body of solo and concertante works for the piano.
