Bohemia 6/3/1851 published a brief report that on Monday [3rd March] the City Governor gave ‘a brilliant Festival Ball’ [Ballfest], at which local notaries from the civil and military authorities were present. Also attending was His Excellency the Archduke Albrecht and Count Windischgrätz.
