Rühnel, Prague Merchant and Tradesman, holder of the great golden Meritorious-Noble-Medal [Verdienst- Ehren-Medaille], Committee member of the Institute for the deaf and participating member of the Italian Widows Institute and Officer of the Royal Warranted Sharpshooters Corps, who dies on 24th November of a lung infection [Lungenentzüadung] in his 76th year. Acontingent of the aforemention Corps with its musical ensemble and pupils of the aforemention two institutes accompanied the funeral cortage, then a great number of friends and acquaintances of the deceased...’ No details were given as to the place of the funeral service or of the musical content of the occasion.
